With 20+ years of experience as a hands-on product management, design and UX research leader and contributor within growth stage software companies, I’ve tried lots of approaches to figure out what works, and have learned first hand what doesn’t.

My experience spans a range of sectors including HealthTech, FinTech, PropTech, LegalTech, FoodTech, EduTech, VetTech, and Social software, the last 6+ in B2B SaaS, so I’ve learned to get up to speed quickly and bring focus and clarity to teams, no matter the domain.

I’ve played a key role driving outcomes like scaling teams from 3-35 people across multiple functions, growing revenue from $4M to $284M, securing series C-D funding rounds for two companies, and facilitating 10 M&A diligence and integration efforts across multiple companies and industries. My recent work in private equity ops and as an angel investor enables me to add an investor-informed perspective to my recommendations and guidance.

  • Products are a means to an end. The board’s goal is to ensure that the business is successful.   • Coaching and up-leveling teams is one of my superpowers.
